St. Mary's Lighthouse is probably one of the most photographed landmarks in the North East. Connected to the coast by a short causeway, that sometimes means its inaccessible. When the tide goes out it leaves lots of rock pools behind full of sea creatures for children to explore.
The drawing was created from a photograph found in the public domain using my iPad Pro and Apple pencil.
