COMMISSIONING ARTWORK

After initial contact, I will discuss your expectations and ideas via phone call, email or messenger. In most cases the cost and timescale will be agreed but I may need to come back to you if further costings are required such as postage/framing/printing etc and I will confirm the full amount as soon as possible.

A rough draft will then be drawn and minor amendments made. I will then invoice you for 30% of the total cost, and details of the work to be done. Once payment of the deposit is received, your job will be scheduled into my system

When in progress, I am happy to send updates if required, and may need to contact you to confirm details.

On completion of final draft, I am happy to make up to 5 minor amendments until you are happy, and will then finish off the artwork. Other amendments may incur additional cost.

On payment of the full balance, I will prepare and send out the artwork as agreed. I prefer bank transfer where possible but will accept other forms of payment if necessary.
